I am well aware of the care that must be exercised when soldering
sterling and copper due to the possibility of flushing caused by the
eutectic. I now have to solder some copper to 14/18K yellow and
palladium white golds and am figuring which solders to use, but
don't have access to my phase diagrams to see the degree of possible
danger with these combinations. There will be silver in the piece,
so silver solder is an option. Suggestions...
