I just heard about Soft Flex for the first time and I was wondering how it compares to Beadalon. A friend spoke to someone that said Beadalon is "cheap quality." Is Soft Flex a cable style also?

Yes, Soft Flex is also cable style but I’ve found it to be much more
flexible than Beadalon. True it is more expensive, but being one
who gets easily frustated threading wire back through beads I’ve
found it well worth the price. The finished piece also moves more
freely; and I’ve never had a problem with it fraying or breaking.
I highly recommend it; although I must say I wouldn’t use it instead
of threads like Silamide or Nymo for weaving. The threads still out
do wire for weaving in my opinion.
