SNAG in Boston

Hi Folks, After many years of wanting, I will finally be attending
SNAG in Boston this year. Can anyone give me some info on the
protocol of the pin swap and any other fine points I ought to know about in advance?
Thanks. MP

Michael,

You just happen to have the committee head and Queen of Pin Swaps on
Orchid!

Make about 30-50 creative, fun pins. They don’t have to be expensive,
just use your brain and swap with others. If you want to make
something more pin worthy and make less, by all means do so. There is
enough room for everybody. It’s fast and furious and a great way to
meet people. For the last nine years, it has been one of my favorite
events and I have jillions of cool pins all over my studio to prove
it.

I will be handing out Orchid Stickers so you can all finally connect
the face with email prose.

When you register, your packet will have all you need to navigate
through the talks, gallery tours, etc. The vendor room is well
stocked and if you are a tool head like me, you will go home with some
great goodies.

I have met some of the nicest folks through SNAG conferences, and many
are ones that I only see once a year!

Let me know if there is anything more you need, I will be glad to help
you.

See you at SNAG!

Karen - thanks so much for making the Orchid stickers for the SNAG
conference! It sounds like everyone had such a good time at the
Orchid dinner in Tucson - are there any plans for such a reunion in
Boston at SNAG? Seems like a good idea to me. Gini
