I am looking for a source to die cut and stamp approximately 1000
small 7mm +/- round by 24-22 gauge thick sterling hang tags with a
logo stamp on them.

Rio does custom stamping. They will generate custom stamps from art
you send them.
I’m not sure how much you can customize the tags.
It is a quality process, from what I can tell.
