Hello!
I purchased some turquoise rough from Mexico at a local gem society
show. It is in small sheet like formations and is the most beautiful
color blue with pyrite deposits. I have cut and filed an oval and am
ready to set it. I was wondering if I need to treat the stone with
some sort of compound to keep it stain free? I have some Renaissance
micro-crystalline wax polish and am wondering if this will work. If
so, best way to use the product will be much appreciated. Please
note I have never attempted this before and do not want to screw it
up at the eleventh hour.
