International Colored Gemstone Association has an arrangement with
International Jewelers Block&Fine Arts Insurance Services Inc. (IJB)
that covers high value loose stones in transit. The that
I’ve seen indicates that these insurance people know what they are
doing and demand that certain conditions be met by the shipper. They
also expect to be paid for their services. Does anyone have any
experience with this insurance company, either as a member of
International Colored Gemstone Association, or through some other
affiliation? Joining the International Colored Gemstone Association
involves some expense and effort. Any ICA members on this list?
