I have a citrine oval with the dimensions of l30 x w27.5 x h21.5
that I would like to set with much lower stones. What would be the
best setting for this? I was looking at TIm McCreight’s book and it
seems like it would need a platform setting. Am I wrong in my guess?
Has anyone had this problem?
Shape of the stone?
Design of the setting? Are you making your own or purchasing a
commercial setting? Where are the lower stones going to be?
These all make a difference as to what you need to do.
