Sales and Marketing Reading List

Hello All!

I sincerely hope that your holiday season was a successful one, in
whatever terms you measure that.

About a month or more ago, Noel and some others expressed interest
in a reading list of books relating to “Sales” and to “Marketing”. I
got wrapped up in holiday work and simply didn’t get the time to put
it together, but better late than never, I guess. My apologies.

Here’s the list of what I felt was required reading for my sales
team when I was a sales manager for a large jewelry related software
firm. My personal favorites are anything by Dan Kennedy or Jeffrey
Gitomer, but the classics (anything) by Tom Hopkins, Zig Ziglar and
Brian Tracey are essential reading for ANYONE in sales. I highly
recommend these to anyone in business who needs to sell to make a
living. They can change your life!

I think if others here had some favorites to add, this could become
a valuable resource for those interested in expanding their selling
skills.

I have no interest, financial or otherwise in the promotion or dale
of these materials, and recommend your local bookstore or Amazon.com
or your vendor of choice.

Happy reading!!

If this list gets garbled, e-mail me and I’ll get it to you
directly…
