[Sacramento, CA] Learning Bezel making

Hello, I’m looking for someone in/near Sacramento, CA to teach me how
to make bezels. I specifically want to learn how to create bezels
wrapped around seaglass pieces. Is there anyone nearby that might be
willing to teach?

I am not sure if she is taking students but there is an artist that
I knew of when I lived in San Francisco her name is Amy Faust. She
bezels around sea glass. You can check out some of her work on
