I apologize to John Burgess in particular and to the list in general.
I did think that a lite copper plating on the all steel tools could
be a benefit and a help in keeping rust off. My thought was that it
could function much as gun bluing does. Do I remember that bluing is a
specialized form of oxidization on steel ?
