Hi Ronnie, Luster enamels don’t exists. There are opalescent
enamels, that look like an opal especially over silver foil. The
best nonfinicky ones I’ve found are fromBovano of Cheshire,Soyer
enamels from france. There is a luster product that you paint on
your last layer of enamel, called pixie dust. Thompson enamels has
it, also Arrow springs, in Shingle springs, CA ( a glass bead
supplier ) has it very reasonablly priced. You can also fume your
enamels, but it’s pretty toxic. Bovano 1 800 847-3192, Thompson is
