Thanks to all the folks who responded about this! It is probably
overkill, but I have ordered three books from Amazon (used)–
Rockhounding Arizona, Gem Trails of Arizona, and Arizona Roadside Geology. For a trip of less than a week! I’ll let you know if I get
a chance to use them, and if I find anything, after I go (not for
about a month).
