Rio's tarnish sheild liquid

Hi All,

Has anyone used Rio’s Tarnish Sheild liquid? How well does it work?
My thought is at $27.50 / gal. if it really helps it is a bargain.

Richard,

I use many Rio products and am satisfied with the majority, However,
I have tried Tarnish Shield in the smaller size. I’m not convinced
that it is helpful. Sorry.

I, on the other hand, like TarniShield a lot! It brightens and
protects pieces, when used according to directions-- plus, it makes
pieces much more resistant to fingerprints. I use it on a LOT of my
work-- pretty much anything that isn’t blackened.
