Don’t get me started on Rio’s metals department…
I ordered 10 oz of fine casting grain from Rio last summer.
After waiting several weeks, I finally cancelled the order.
I got an apology by email from someone in customer service,
but no explanation. I finally figured out that they had
held my entire order to wait for a small back-ordered item.
This wouldn’t bother me too much if I had not specifically
instructed them, DO NOT HOLD FOR BACK-ORDERS!
