Dear Orchidians,
I replied to Andrea Hill’s offer to send us Tri-cord Knotter
instructional CDs, but noted that I might not be able to view it,
since I have an older Mac, running OS 9.1 and an elderly version of
Quicktime. This was her response:
Dear Lisa,
We burned a special copy of the CD for you, with the intention
of running on older versions of Quicktime and Mac 9.1. We
don’t have a computer in house to test it on, so I’m going to
get it in the mail to you and cross my fingers that it works!
I don’t even know what to call this. It’s way beyond “customer
service.” It’s in another dimension!
