They really seem to be working hard to improve service to their
customers. If you’re going to Tucson, and need a break or some time
off your feet, you can be a part of the solutions.

Yes, they seem to be back on track. I just had an order filled
promptly, and accurately, by a very very courteous person. Also, I
was only on hold about 30 seconds. Alma

Hi Folks…

I’d like to second this with my recent experience with Rio… No
hold, no backorder…was some tool items…gave 'em the CC and
quick shipment…
