Please what is the current price of Topaz, Tourmaline and Blue
Sapphire per kilogram?

A kilogram of nice blue, good crystal, unheated of course, good
saturation, no gray overtones - hmmmm, I have no idea. I buy it by
the ton. Why would I bother with a mere kilogram.

Kilogram is a lot of rough for any that you mentioned. I am a
Graduate gemologist (GIA) and also a colored stone cutter. When the
volume you are asking about prices depends on what type of material
it is. Mine run, which is discards that might have a couple of gram
keepers. It is normally a crap shoot. The top grade of material is
sold in pieces or lots of cherry picked rough usually a couple of
must have and a few to get the lot price up that is not as good. The
fact is no one any where gets it for next to nothing. Even in the
areas that mine the rough they know what they have and can move it.
The material that is bought at 1000 gram or kilo might be amethyst,
citrine or some garnet varieties. You might get some a deal on a
unsorted lot or kilo but be careful. If it is to good to be true,
then it is. I have been to mining areas in third world countries and
the good material usually has someone lined up to buy. On occasion
you might find a geologist that is doing some mineral sampling in
gem rich countries and selling their gem rough. If you can get me a
post of what grade the rough is I can post a rough estimate of the
rough.

Which topaz (white, treated blues, pink, precious)? For all the
materials, what is the end product (faceted stones, cabochons, beads,
other)? What size range, clarity, color, etc.
