PnP Blue resist

Dear Vikki, I, too, am interested in trying FeNO3 etch, and am a
complete novice. Can you tell me about the PnP Blue resist? I haven’t heard of that.

PnP resist is a blue acetate. It acts as both the carrier sheet for
your designs and the resist. It holds up well for both ferric
chloride and ferric nitrate, but does not do well with nitric acid. It
is available through Reactive Metals Studio and some of the larger
electronics suppliers. It is very tough, easy to use and produces crisp designs. K.P. in WY
