Pin holes in reticulated silver

I recently reticulated a sheet of silver…unfortunately there are
hundreds of tiny pin holes throughout the piece…I shaped it into
a cuff, and I have been working on it…trying to solder a bezel onto
it, sanding and cleaning it up…the tiny holes are everywhere and I
hate it…is there a way to remove them? Can I reticulate the piece
again? Do I have to undo the cuff and make the silver flat? I was
told to get a burnishing bur and go over the piece with it…I don’t
know if that is going to help. What to do
