Patinas - Liver of Sulphur

Greetings from Iowa!

We’ve got a question about “color-treating” metals and longevity.

We guarantee every piece we sell for its lifetime, so can we
"treat" the silver/copper/gold/brass/nickel/goldfilled wire and
utilize the various shades to create some stunning new pieces?

Obviously earrings shouldn’t be a problem (very little wear and
tear or contact with the skin), but what about rings, bracelets, and
pendants?

Also, what are the best products and methods of treating?

OK, it’s more than one question, but I thought I’d hit all the
bases with one post!

Thanks in advance - Rick and Kristi, Wire Wrapping Etcetera

It might be a good marketing thing anyways… If they have to
bring them back to you every few years to get them re done, you
could use the opportunity to sell them new stuff… Thats the
principle the majors use for their lifetime warranties…
