Hello Everyone,
I recently acquired a wonderful book on Ethnic Jewelry. While
reading though it, I noticed that several of the pieces that caught
my eye were made of “partly fire-guided silver”, or “guilded
silver”.
This has made me very interested to know what “partly fire-guided
silver”, and “guilded silver” means, and how it can be achieved. I
would appreciate any comments regarding this. I searched the Orchid
archives (all years, all months) but no matches were found.
