Leslie - I love the Meco Midget, and the Paige tips for it make it even better. I’ve been using that torch for more than 20 years. Best ever.

Iona - the problem might be that the flame looks quite different when using the Paige tips - there is a center cone that looks pretty much like the single orifice tips and it is surrounded by a flower of lighter colored individual cones. The Paigetool.com website shows it clearly. If you just get the center cone, you have too little oxygen and thus a cooler flame. Boost your oxy pressure. FWIW Judy
Hi Judy. Yes I do know that the flame has the center cone and the smaller cones surrounding it. However, I did not know that if you only have the center cone that you have too little oxygen. My flame has always had the multiple cones showing. Thanks for the input. Lona
