Hi All :slight_smile: I’ve been hearing a lot about SNAG and
other groups. Are these professional organizations for jewelers?
If not, does anyone have some scoop on some good ones? My only
contact with the outside world is the email I read from you all,
not to downplay it, I couldnt imagine or hope for a better forum
with better people, but I would much like to become involved with
an organization that points members to workshops or suchlike.

here’s SNAG-society of north american goldsmiths, originally.

they put out ‘metalsmith’ magazine 5 times a year, with articles
and papers dealing with contemporary metalwork and
jewelery-oriented issues. quite good, still. also a newsletter
for members with various announcements, useful.
