Peter , Now I can’t say I’ve worked in all that many shops or have
worked with over , say , dozens of different jewelers but I’ve only
seen ONE who mixed pickle to taste Mrs Bauman Madison west high
school Art Metal instructor thanks for the memory ! :wink: ,

Small world Mark. Evlyn Bauman was the lady who first got me hooked
on jewelry making in my Junior year at West high. 1968-69… I’m
not sure if I learned that bit from her, though… but perhaps…
