Next week my family will be moving to Vancouver, Washington (just
outside of Portland - Not Canada.) I just wanted to put out some
feelers to see if anyone lives in the area or if there are any
guilds. We should be arriving sometime around February 16th. I plan
on setting up a temporary studio in the home we will be renting
while we look for a permanent home and studio space. I don’t know too
many people (like 3) in the area and would love to get together with
some other jewelry and metal artists.
Yes indeed. There is an excellent jewelry guild in Portland,Or, and
we have many members who live in the state of Washington.

Just a bit further north is the Seattle Metals Guild. This is a very
active guild and offers lectures and workshops and also an annual
one-day symposium in October which is excellent.
