If you are looking for only Orchid members - I can’t help you. But
there is a large group of very talented goldsmiths/designer jewelers
in Austin. Take a look in the yellow pages under Jewelers:
goldsmiths/designer jewelers.
Go and introduce your self personally. They have a weekly breakfast
get together every friday morning at a local restaurant. You will
learn a lot.
Send me an “off-list” e-mail and I will send you a list of a few
names to visit of very talented goldsmiths/designer jewelers in the
Austin area.
Also you could join the Austin Gem and Mineral club. They have a
club house and meetings every month.
