Orchid members in the Washington metropolitan area

I was wondering if there are any orchid members in the Washington
D.C. metropolitan area.

HI Ted! I am in the extended Washington metropolitan area. I live
near Columbia Maryland, but grew up and still work full time in
Silver Spring. The jewelry thing is a hobby and an academic
pursuit–taking classes at MICA. I know there are others in the
forum from the area.
