Onyx or Black Jade inlay service?

Anyone know of a company that has reasonable pricing on inlay or cabbing?

I can not find the company I worked with a few years back that did it for $125.

I have this ring with equal depth/proportions on all 4 sides and would like to have either Black Jade or Onyx set.
