Daniel, Please say hi to all that will attend. I had planned to
surprise y’all and fly in just for it. Unfortunately, my health is
slower in getting back to normal, and I have eye surgery and an
appointment on the 3rd.

I know i will be there next year for sure. To anyone in the NYC
area, who has yet to attend an Orchid Dinner, let me tell you with
all but the first one under my belt, there is nothing more
rewarding. I can still hear the squeals of delight when people
finally are able to put the name and face in the same space.

Some of you have no idea how one little response to an online query,
has endeared that person to the one in need of assistance. It may
well be you, and you may never get to see the thanks and pleasure at
being able to personally say “thank you,” you made a big difference
in my skills.

It is not the time or money spent in getting together, it is the
endless value received, and you know we do tend to be more helpful
when we know we have done good. Take Amtrak, put tokens into the
subway stiles, ride the bus, just get there, you will be more than
happy you made the effort.

There is no one greater than the Orchid bunch, and Kenneth Singh is
the greatest.

I will lift a glass of wine in toast to you attending, Salud,
Terrie
