New Colorit UV source received

Elaine, I received the loaner system today for my ColoritUV, thank
you for the prompt attention. It took about 10 minutes to diagnose
the problem with my system. It was simply the cord running from the
base to the handpiece. Apparently, there is a short or broken wire in
this cord.

Tell me how you want me to return the loaner system. Also, should I
just switch cords and be done with it, or do you want me to order a
replacement cord and wait on the return?
