Neutralizing the pickle pot

OK, speaking of Sparex…when I bought out all this shop equipment,
I got a canister of Sparex in the deal. It’s been opened, but not
much of it has been used. I decided immediately not to use it due to
possible risk of fume exposure to my parrots who live in the other
side of the basement from my shop. I’m using citric acid instead. If
someone out here still uses Sparex and wants it, I’d be willing to
sell it for whatever I paid for it (I would have to go look it up on
the itemized list of stuff on the purchase agreement). If nobody
wants it, how can I safely dispose of it? Can I just toss it out in
the canister?

Dave, Acidic. not caustic ! Apparently you still have a substantial
supply of Sparex. Why would you not forgoe the noxiousness of Sparex
when a much cheaper and better alternative is available ? Human
nature is so resistant to change, but change we must, if we are going
to evolve and compete.
