Got a call today from Patricia Reill who owns “Jewels of Pinehurst”,
they are closing their store as of June 30th and will open in an
office building an appointment only store for custom and repair.
She says the store is in a great spot in downtown Pinehurst, been
there 30 years. Right now they are having a moving sale and will take
inventory with them along with the shop equipment and maybe a safe.
So the store is ready to rock and roll with alarm, showcases,
fixtures, lighting, etc. All you’ll need to inventory and any shop
equipment.
The lease gets renewed this July 1st, 1200 sq ft at $1800 a month
for 5 years and then next five years at $2100 a month.

I asked and Trisha would also be happy to sell all of the showcases
