Say, just HOW do you know your crucible should be tossed out?
I’ve tried boiling them as directed in Mr. Clean and water and it
makes scraping the junk off easier but doesn’t exactly clean them
spic and span. So If I scrape all this junk of and get it down to
porous clean clay again and re-season, is it safe to use? Somone
said if you heat them dull red and there’s black spots that don’t
go red then you should toss it out. Well what does THAT mean?
