Hello All,
Just added a lathe to the toolbox, now that I have figured out which
end does the cutting, I now have the ability to turn my own cross
sections.
So, I thought about adding some modifications to the rolling mill
rollers for various profiles, for “roll forming”
Are there some general parameters, for example when rolling, say 18
gauge sterling, that I should keep the rolling dies to, for example,
not to have over 0.100" relief?
