Happy February!
Just wondering…

  • who is going to the MJSA Expo in New York ??
  • The show runs March 3,4 & 5, but there are events on Friday and
    Saturday too.
  • Platinum Day & Designer Day (Fri & Sat) have been "must attends"
    for us, for several years (is it 7 or 8 now?) . Excellent
    is shared at these symposiums.
  • this year, lots of good symposiums at the show too, especially on
    Sunday.
  • any recomendations as to cool dining spots?
    -must sees as far as suppliers etc??

Hi Jeff and Orchidians,

Thanks Jeff for your words of support. MJSA Expo New York has an
expanded education program this year.

The MJSA Great Minds of Jewelry Education Program will be held at
MJSA Expo New York on March 2, 3, and 4th. Please note our new
location at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. This year we have
some of the top educators in the country presenting. There will be
nine AJM At the Bench Live sessions and a breakfast offered in
conjunction with the Diamond Promotion Service.

Platinum Day Symposium has moved to Friday, February 28th, at the
new Westin Hotel in Times Square and is a must for anyone working
with platinum.

Behind the Design: Designer Day 2003 will be held on Saturday, March
1st, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. We have added
One-on-One Counseling this year, so come prepared to discuss
privately with the experts your most challenging business problems.

Finally, last year we had an Orchid Dinner Meeting in New York in
conjunction with MJSA Expo New York has anyone made plans for a
second meeting? (Sunday or Monday night is probably best.)
