I’d like to share the following email from Kristin Kopaz at MJSA. It speaks for itself.
MJSA has created a GoFundMe page to collect donations for our MJSA members that have been affected by Hurricane Harvey. MJSA members that were in the path of the hurricane will need help rebuilding their businesses, so we are asking for your help in supporting them.
All donations will be collected through the MJSA Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, and 100% will be dispersed among those members affected. Contributions to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations may be deductible as charitable contributions on a donor’s federal income tax return.
