Metal in Electromelt Chamber

Hello! I’m new to this forum, and not sure if I’m posting correctly, but here goes. I have an electromelt furnace, the type that you remove the crucible with tongs to pour. When I went to pour this morning, the bottom of the crucible stayed in the furnace, and as a result the molten silver got into the camber that holds the crucible. Does anybody know how I can get this out? Do you know if it’s possible to replace the chamber? Unfortunately I purchased this used, and don’t have a warranty or any tech support to reach out to. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!
