Please forgive my ignorance but I am confused about the discussion of
gold on mercury. I can understand how someone like a nurse might get
mercury on gold but how does someone in the normal course of events
have mercury get on their jewelry? Is mercury used in some jewelry
production processes? Thanks for filling me in!
