Hi All, am seeking as to whether anyone has converted a
mechanics workshop hydraulic press. The style can be seen at

I fancy that I will need 25mm plate, but if any one has any ideas I
would be most appreciative.

Thers no reason why you cant use this type of press, you just need to
think through how your needs for a press will be met by this type of
machine.

a press after all is just away of delivering force where you want
it. Id have thought that the tooling will cost you a lot more than
the press ever will.

My minting dies are seriously expensive, but when there made they
earn me serious money.
