Matte finish using glass balsting

I read with interest Wilfried Scafer article on Matte finishes using
a micro water jet device and glass beads,

Does anyone know where I can get a solution like this? or have more
on achieving fine matte finishes on larger surfaces and
for when volume production is needed.
