Hi I’m considering buying a wax gun, most probably the MATT one.I
have checked their website, but they don’t list a UK distributor.
Does anyone know where I can buy one in the UK? Alternatively, Rio
Grande stock a 220V version, would this be okay with a UK power
supply? I also noticed, back in the Orchid archives from 2004, that
someone had converted a cheap glue gun for use with wax - just by
cutting the wax cylinders down to fit. This seems to be about 1/10
of the cost of the MATT gun, but doesn’t come with all the extra
stuff in the kit like the book, templates and spare cylinders. Has
anyone else tried using a glue gun and is there a model of glue gun
you’d recommend?
