I was wondering about marking the other jewelry with the item being etched with the logo. It wouldn't work on the inside of a ring,but thinking about trying it out.
we etch our mark and custom marks on knife blades. if i understand
your question it is if the etched item could then be used to mark a
piece of jewelry? i doubt it because the resulting etch is really
shallow and mainly legible because it is also oxidized, otherwise you
can hardly see it. also the surface is really flat.
