The Metal Art Guild of Canada Reinforces Alliance with the Ganoksin

The Metal Arts Guild of Canada [MAGC] is a non-profit organization
which since 1946 has been committed to encouraging the appreciation
of Metal Arts through the exchange of and ideas in
Canada.

The Metal Arts Guild of Canada, and its publication MAGazine, are
very pleased to announce it’s commitment to reinforcing its
partnership with the Ganoksin Project.

The Metal Art Guild of Canada and Ganoksin will explore mutually
beneficial ways the two groups can work together to reach a diverse
population for the education and promotion of metalsmithing at
large.

“We are thrilled to be involved with Ganoksin on this level.
Ganoksin is the single most important online resource for jewelers
internationally. This new venture also gives us the opportunity to
showcase the wealth of beautiful work and knowledge coming out of
Canada” says MAGC president Niki Kavakonis.

MAGC artists and/or writers, whose articles have previously been
published in MAGazine, would submit their articles, reviews,
workshop techniques etc. for dissemination on the Ganoksin Project
website.

The Ganoksin project (http://www.ganoksin.com) is the largest
virtual single source for searchable archived content
for jewelry and metals in the world. Its 5200 Orchid members foster
sharing, support community, enhance productivity and encourage
studio safety, by promoting education in the jewelry and metal arts
globally.
