I was recently at a Harbor Freight Store and besides the $28 set of
dapping tools and blocks (nothing wrong with the set I got) they had
one of those Indian-style rolling mills for $189. It looked as good
as any of the other acceptable starter mills for $300.00. While such
tools may not be ‘cadillacs’ they can help a hobbyist or student get
rolling at the beginning…
