[Looking4] Silicone Copper SiCu

I have heard interesting things about SiCu improving silver and gold
castings, but can’t find any source for it.

Any ideas? I am in Europe, if that changes anything.

Silicon additions in gold alloys below 14K are used by some to help
with bright castings, fluidity and as an deoxidizer. But too much can
cause significant problems such as cracks and grossly enlarged
crystal structure. Be careful with how much silicon you add. Use
very tiny amounts, less than one percent.
