I am looking for a jewelry studio to rent on the North side of
Chicago, near Andersonville/ Uptown area. This also could be a joint
venture with another jeweler or art therapist. I have the equipment
to make a full metal studio. I want to create, have individual
lessons, and eventually art therapy sessions when I have my LCPC.

Have you checked out Lillstreet Gallery - they have some artists
renting out space on the third floor - - they may have some space
available to rent out to you as well.
