I do not see any recent discussions on this topic…
I have tool envy for a laser welder for the studio such as the: Neutec PulsePoint Studio Plus 125 Laser Welder (on sale for $16,600) but the _Lampert PUK C440 tig welder looks very attractive at a mere $3000. I have watched videos on youtube for each but have never tried one in person. My primary use will be fabricating and for filling casting defects. Any thoughts?
