Hi Everyone,
I’m a huge fan of the Kirkand Ring Clamp and have been using mine
for years, actually I have bought two. I was wondering if anyone has
an awesome suggestion for replacing the squishy pad in the middle.
My clamps are in great condition but the center squishy bit wears out
in about 6 months with the use I’m giving it.
I tried applying silicone to it, I’ve tried those photo tight
sponges with the adhesive backs and gluing leather with no luck.
I really like this design, but do not feel that replacing the whole
tool every 6 months is warranted.
Suggestions are more than welcome!
