I have had a week long problem with one of my kilns, the
manufacturer of the kiln was very supportive, terrific in fact, so
I thought I would pass my experience along incase anyone was trying
to decide about a kiln and what to buy.
Paragon gives great service, even in the face of a very cranky
customer(me). Needless to say my problem was solved and the kiln
again can enamel or fire silver or what ever.
I have no relationship with Paragon, just a very satisfied customer.
