Keum-Boo has to be done after all soldering is done.
Not strictly true, though great care must be taken or yes the gold
will alloy into the silver. I would not want to solder a bezel with
kum boo on it to its backing, but I’m not sure it can’t be done. I
have soldered findings to pieces after keum boo.
